Zack Spurlock is about as close as you can get to a Brevard County native. From a year old, he has been enjoying the beauty of the Space Coast. Fishing, surfing, and diving have taught him to truly appreciate the gifts this area has to offer. He made quite a name for himself early on while scuba diving near Port Canaveral and found himself face to face with a great white shark! Instead of panicking, he grabbed his Go-Pro and shot a video that went viral. Zack attributes that life-changing experience to his ability to think clearly under stress, slow down in the moment, and not let emotions control his decisions.

As a 3rd generation NAR Member, Zack comes from a successful lineage of trustworthy local developers and real estate agents. His grandfather was instrumental in establishing one of Satellite Beach's premier waterfront communities in the 1960’s, and his father continued the legacy, establishing himself as a leader in property development and sales. After graduating from The University of North Florida with a degree in Marketing, Zack worked with his dad in the family’s construction business. He then ultimately fell in love with the sales side of the industry.
